FAQ

Is this advice?

No. Intelligence returns figures and comparisons. What you recommend to a customer is your decision.

What is the peer benchmark computed on?

Anonymised data from consumers who have shared through Anessa, compared with others similar on demographics and portfolio.

Is any of this AI-generated?

No. Metrics and benchmarks are calculated from the customer’s data; explanations are triggered by fixed rules. AI may help phrase an explanation, but never produces a figure or decides what to flag. The API keeps the two apart: calculated values and AI-written text come back as separate fields, so you always know which is which and can choose to use only what’s calculated.

Is it secure and consented?

Yes. Nothing is collected until the customer has given their consent and authorised Anessa’s assisted access to their financial service provider. Anessa uses the customer’s credentials only to carry out the data collection and discards them immediately afterwards. They are never shared and never reach your systems. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in the EU, and Anessa is ISO 27001 certified.
