How Bliwa shows customers the cover they need

Insurance needs are personal, but understanding whether existing coverage matches those needs can be difficult.

Bliwa created Behovsguiden to make that process easier. The digital experience combines information about customers’ existing insurance with Bliwa’s own needs assessment, helping people understand their current protection and where there may be gaps.

Anessa provides the permissioned, structured insurance data behind the experience.

Turning existing coverage into useful context

Customers begin in Bliwa’s Behovsguiden and consent to sharing information about their existing insurance.

Anessa retrieves and structures their policy data. Bliwa can then use that information alongside its own assessment to provide guidance based on what the customer actually has — rather than starting from assumptions.

The result is a more personalised way to help customers understand whether their current protection fits their needs.

“As a company, we have a responsibility to our customers to ensure they have the best possible opportunities to choose the right insurance coverage.”

7,500 personalised recommendations

Since launch, Behovsguiden has received more than 13,000 visits and provided nearly 7,500 recommendations.

It has become an important part of Bliwa’s customer-service strategy, helping translate a complex financial product into information customers can understand and act on.

The experience demonstrates the value of combining a customer’s own financial data with a provider’s expertise: better context creates the foundation for more relevant guidance.
